ShoreCamp HQ is designed for independent campgrounds, RV parks, slip operators, cabin rentals, and small lodging properties. A property can use one inventory type or combine several in one system.
Do we need to activate every feature?+
No. Packages are scoped around the inventory and workflows you need. Payments, guest messaging, reporting and AI assistance are planned with you during implementation; availability depends on the agreed scope and integrations.
Can guests reserve different inventory in one booking?+
Mixed-inventory booking is a product goal: one guest journey for RV sites, slips, cabins, rooms and add-ons, with separate rules and rates. The private DEMO illustrates this direction; live booking and payment capabilities must be confirmed in your implementation scope.
Does ShoreCamp HQ replace our website?+
A new conversion-focused ShoreCamp HQ website is included within the agreed launch scope and is our preferred approach. We can also migrate and connect an existing website when that is the better fit.
How does pricing work?+
ShoreCamp HQ charges a one-time onboarding fee—$2,400 for one inventory database, $3,900 for two united databases, or $5,900 for three united databases. It covers setup, onboarding and launch. There is no monthly or yearly subscription. A transparent 5% Booking & Platform Fee applies to the reservation subtotal before taxes.
