Do we need to activate every feature?+
No. The platform is modular. Start with the inventory and workflows you need now, then add payments, guest messaging, reporting, AI assistance, or additional property types as your operation grows.
Can guests reserve different inventory in one booking?+
Yes. A mixed-inventory property can offer an RV site, slip, cabin, room, or add-on through one guest journey while keeping the rules, pricing, and operational details for each item.
Does ShoreCamp HQ replace our website?+
A new conversion-focused ShoreCamp HQ website is included within the agreed launch scope and is our preferred approach. We can also migrate and connect an existing website when that is the better fit.
How does pricing work?+
ShoreCamp HQ is billed annually—$2,400 for one inventory database, $3,900 for two united databases, or $5,900 for three united databases. Setup and onboarding are included. There is no monthly platform fee. A transparent 5% Booking & Platform Fee applies to the reservation subtotal before taxes.
Can we see the complete platform?+
Yes. Public pages show selected previews to protect the product and client workflows. Qualified property operators can request a guided private walkthrough tailored to their inventory.
